Cookie Policy
Last updated: 18 March 2026
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that websites store on your device. They help the site work properly and remember things like whether you are logged in.
The cookies we use
We keep things simple. Pro-cess only uses cookies that are strictly necessary for the platform to work. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or third-party analytics.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| laravel_session | Keeps you logged in and remembers your session as you move between pages | 2 hours | Essential |
| XSRF-TOKEN | Protects you against cross-site request forgery attacks. This is a security measure | 2 hours | Essential |
| remember_web_* | Keeps you logged in between visits if you tick "Remember me" on the login page | 5 years | Essential |
| cookie_consent | Remembers that you have seen and acknowledged our cookie notice | 1 year | Essential |
Third-party cookies
We do not set any third-party cookies. When you use integrations like Google Calendar or Stripe for payments, those services may set their own cookies on their own domains when you interact with them directly. We have no control over those cookies, and you should check their own cookie policies for details.
Managing cookies
Because we only use essential cookies, there is nothing optional to turn off. These cookies are needed for the platform to work properly. If you block them through your browser settings, some parts of Pro-cess may not function as expected.
Most browsers let you view and manage cookies in their settings. Here is how to do it in the most common browsers:
- Chrome - Settings, then Privacy and Security, then Cookies
- Firefox - Settings, then Privacy and Security, then Cookies and Site Data
- Safari - Preferences, then Privacy, then Manage Website Data
- Edge - Settings, then Cookies and Site Permissions
Changes to this policy
If we start using additional cookies in the future (for example, if we add analytics), we will update this page and ask for your consent before setting any non-essential cookies.
